NEWS 3Com is to launch an Internet service provider for handheld computers, according to a report in the Financial Times. The company, called Open Sky, will aim to provide handhelds with quick and reliable access to the Net and to email services. Open Sky will be a joint venture with wireless specialist, Aether Technologies and Internet portal companies.
