NEWS Silicon.com has joined forces with New Media Age (NMA) magazine to bring you the highlights of last month's Effectiveness Awards. All the winners are featured on http://www.silicon.com/newmediaage which also features interviews with managing editor of The Times, George Brock, and NMA editor, Mike Butcher. "The New Media Age Effectiveness Awards were established in 1996 to recognise successful projects which demonstrated the power and effectiveness of new media," said Butcher. "In doing so the awards honour digital marketers, advertisers, publishers and their agencies which have fulfilled and surpassed their objectives and can demonstrate this to a panel made up of their industry peers." This year's big winners included lastminute.com, upmystreet.com, and Freeserve.
