NEWS ISP Mindspring is to offer small businesses RealNames' keywords service allowing surfers to find companies quickly on the Net. The Internet Keywords service gets surfers to sites by recognising key words such as brand or product names in search engines and browser address bars. This means users of the Internet do not have to know lengthy and exact Web addresses to get to sites. The Keywords initiative is supported by Network Solutions, the Web address registrar. A keyword will also always appear as the first result in a search on Alta Vista. The service will be available via Mindspring's home page under the "get your name.com" hyperlink.
