NEWS Handheld computer company, Palm, has more than doubled its revenues from $126m in the third quarter of 1999 to $272m last quarter. In its latest financial results released this week its net income increased nearly 80 per cent to $15.5m. Carl Yankowski, CEO of Palm, said he is pleased with the company's strong financial performance, coming on the back of its IPO earlier this month.
