NEWS In an official statement released on Sunday, BT confirmed the two companies are keen to merge their business services units. BT and AT&T already have a joint venture that addresses this sector, Concert, which was launched at the beginning of the year. No formal announcement will made until the completion of BT's structural review later this year.
BT confirms AT&T merger talks
BT and US long-distance telecoms giant, AT&T are in discussions to merge a number of their units.
