NEWS The trial to be announced this week will send failed deliveries to local post offices, rather than to main sorting centres. This will make life easier for consumers as well as generating business for smaller post offices. The second part of the trial, according to the Sunday Times, will give customers the option of choosing to send purchases direct to local post offices for later collection.
