NEWS The company has filed for bankruptcy and is "unable to take orders, ship orders or issue credits". Additionally the company advised customers: "For credit on items that you did not receive, please contact your credit card company directly to dispute any charges." According to reports on CNET, some customers have waited several weeks for refunds on baby items that have never arrived.
Babygear.com goes bust
US e-tailer Babygear.com posted a notice on its site late last night warning customers that it is no longer operational.
