Next generation multimedia prompts allegiance of giants

Texas Instruments (TI) and RealNetworks have announced an alliance to provide internet multimedia solutions for next generation wireless and digital audio devices.

NEWS The collaboration will allow users of TI digital signal processing (DSP)-based internet appliances, such as portable internet audio players, mobile handsets and personal digital assistants, to watch breaking news and sports highlights, listen to music and receive the latest entertainment and weather updates.
