NEWS eBay will soon introduce four new product categories to sell computers, electronics, sports goods and trading cards, a source close to the situation has told Reuters. half.com currently specialises in selling second-hand books, music, films and video games at a fixed cost of at least 50 per cent below the retail price. However, don't rush to the site just yet. At the time of publication, there was a notice telling customers that "the store is temporarily unavailable while we are performing routine maintenance to the site". eBay's Meg Whitman features in silicon.com's Agenda Setters 2001.
