All change at troubled Bright Station

Bright Station changes its name. Did somebody say 'last throw of the dice'?

NEWS Bright Station has today announced that it will be changing its name to Smartlogik and replacing its directors. Five of its directors, including the high profile Dan Wagner, have resigned and on Monday will be replaced by new appointments. The company's new CEO will be Stephen Hill. Bright Station has been involved in various activities including investment venturing, knowledge management and ecommerce software. It has had a spotted history following its creation less than 18 months ago out of the Dialog Corporation.
