Sony branches out into DSL

Electronics giant moving into internet access...

NEWS Sony Japan is going to offer high-speed internet access ADSL access. The Japanese electronics giant will offer consumers ADSL access for less than half the price of an equivalent service from NTT, according to the Financial Times. Yahoo Japan is also set to offer the service. Sony hopes to have 300,000 subscribers by March 2002.

    I think that sony needs to put more information on how they started their business, who all was involved, and what did it take to start the business. Things like that. My group is doing a project on sony and it is hard to get information.
