NEWS Italian ISP Tiscali is pressing ahead with its aggressive European expansion plans, snapping up Spanish net provider Inicia for just over $7m (E8m). The deal tops up Tiscali's growing user base with 82,000 active Spanish subscribers. The move demonstrates the firm's continuing belief that now is a time for action, not talk, and comes on the back of acquisitions in France, Germany and the UK. LibertySurf, LineOne and SurfEU have all fallen prey to the hungry ISP.
