NEWS Microsoft's MSN and AOL Time Warner's America Online are at the bottom of the pile when it comes to customer satisfaction. A US survey found one of the lowest ratings went to MSN, with survey respondents voicing dissatisfaction with email, technical support and reliability of its dial-up connections. Sixty per cent of the 1,640 respondents said they experienced an interruption in their connection using AOL during the last month, compared to only 33 per cent of AT&T WorldNet and EarthLink users during the same period. The survey rated the ISP's out of 100, in all aspects of service. Eight providers examined ranked as follows: AT&T WorldNet, 78; BellSouth, 76; EarthLink 76; Prodigy, 73; Qwest Communications' Qwest.net, 70; AOL, 68; CompuServe, 67; and MSN, 67.
