Marconi shares fall even further

You couldn't give them away...

NEWS Shares in Marconi have fallen to a new low, just one day after analysts told investors the shares were effectively worthless. The telecoms equipment manufacturer saw its share price fall to 17p - down from 24.5p at close of trading on Wednesday. Analysts yesterday said the effective target range for the company's shares was between zero and 10p. Marconi now has an estimated market cap of £480m and a debt mountain of around £4.4bn.
