Marconi in share price rise shocker

It couldn't really go any lower, but an increase is an increase...

NEWS Marconi shares have jumped more than 30 per cent on the back of an upgrade for its stock to 'market performer' by Goldman Sachs. Previously classified an 'underperformer' the stocks rose almost 9p to 37.9p taking the company's valuation up to £1bn - still 96 per cent down on its valuation a year ago.
