Cap Gemini takes axe to another 2,000 positions

NEWS Cap Gemini is set to make further cuts to its worldwide workforce which could lead to the loss of 2,000 jobs. The consultancy has already got rid of 3,500 positions so far this year. According to the Independent on Sunday, the company plans to call a meeting on 13 December to outline its prospects. Cap Gemini famously informed staff of earlier lay-offs by leaving them a message on their voicemail.
