NEWS Online car sales revved up a gear today with both the AA and MSN announcing new deals. In the UK the AA said it will work with BMW and Ferrari dealerships firm Inchscape to sell cars over its website. Under the terms of the £4m deal, Inchscape will source, service and deliver the vehicles while the AA will sell the cars and related finance deals to its 12 million members. MSN has signed an international, multi-million dollar deal with Volvo to pre-sell its new sports model online. The deal includes a year-long promotional campaign leading up to the release of the car next November. The deal includes a co-branded version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser and an MSN hosted site, Volvo Car Garage, which will catalogue details of Volvo car and dealer contacts.
