NEWS Wall Street rallied for the second day running Wednesday, with the Nasdaq trading its highest volume since April. Both indexes capped Tuesday's highs, as the Nasdaq closed above the 2,000 mark for the first time in four months, and Dow Jones closed at over 10,000 for the first time in three months. IBM, Intel, and HP were among the top gainers, with IBM reaching a new 52-week high. The US gains led to a firm start in Europe this morning with Alcatel and Siemens leading the rally.
