NEWS Five District Court judges and a High Court judge in New Zealand are to escape official punishment after they were caught using their work computers to visit pornographic websites. The New Zealand Attorney General Margaret Wilson said no unlawful behaviour had gone on, and added that she had spoken to each of the judges concerned. Wilson claimed that four of the judges' porn watching was work related and a fifth instance was accidental and very brief. An investigation into a sixth case is also ongoing.
