NetRatings names new CEO after failed merger

President takes over the CEO post...

NEWS Web analysis firm NetRatings has announced president William Pulver is to take over as the company's new CEO following the departure of Dave Toth. Toth left the company to pursue other interests following the collapse of a proposed merger with rival Jupiter Media Metrix. The merger fell through after the FTC branded it anti-competitive and refused to approve a loan necessary to finalise the pact.
