Qwest extends overdraft limit

Just like a first year student...

NEWS Bankers have agreed to extend Qwest Communications' loan facility, an important concession for the US carrier as it struggles to secure its financial future. Qwest can now owe as much as 4.25 times its earnings before interest, up from 3.75 times as previously agreed. Qwest has six months to operate within these more relaxed financial restraints before it must demonstrate that is debts are coming down again.
