NEWS Failing to deliver titles to coincide with the much-hyped Xbox launch has forced UK games developer Eidos to lower sales targets for the second time in three months. The company which enjoyed massive success with its Tomb Raider titles has failed to get the latest version of its Championship Manager series and another title, Blood Omen, out in time to cash in on the initial frenzy following the launch of the eagerly anticipated console. The company has developed a trend in recent years of failing to hit delivery dates, or pulling games altogether. Shares in Eidos fell four per cent on the news.
