NEWS Rage Software has warned of losses and sales that are likely to be worse than expected over the next six months and said it is in talks with its bankers about funding. Half-yearly pre-tax losses were £8.4m on revenue of £5.8m to 31 December 2001. Although the UK games software sector is considered strong, well-known names such as Rage and Eidos have had their problems recently. Shares in Rage closed at 3 3/4p yesterday, down from a high of 70 1/2p two years ago.
