NEWS Business ISP EasyNet has managed to bag the former-CEO of ICL Keith Todd to be its new chairman of the board. Keith Todd, the UK's "fat-pipe champion" in his role as chair of the Broadband Stakeholders Group, is replacing existing chairman David Rowe, who will now concentrate on his role as CEO. The changes will also see Klaus Esser, ex-CEO of German telco Mannesmann, leave the board.
