Napster: "Time is on our side"

No decision until 2003...

NEWS Napster will not be asked to present its case in its ongoing legal battle with the record labels until 2003 after a judge allowed the music sharing site extra time to work its way through a mountain of documents. The Recording Industry Association of America is representing the major record labels in their bid to sue Napster for aiding music piracy. Judge Marilyn Patel is presiding over the case.
