Railtrack to sue Marconi

Bane of the commuter seeks £20m from failing telecoms company...

NEWS Railtrack is seeking £20m it believes it is owed by debt-ridden telecoms equipment maker Marconi. The claim is based on Railtrack's sale of Easynet shares to Marconi.
