Tough times and all that...

By Tony Hallett, 9 May 2002 08:50

NEWS Ashley Ward has resigned as chief executive of Orchestream. The move comes as the company, which provides software for maintaining quality of service (QoS) over IP networks, reports first quarter results showing revenues up year-on-year by 55 per cent at £3.4m, but down on the previous three months. Ward will be replaced by financial director Anthony Finbow. Ward was brought in to run a company that rode the wave of UK tech start-ups in the late nineties, and which was founded by well-known entrepreneur Charlie Muirhead, then in his early twenties.
