boo man crops up at Callserve

NEWS The ex-IT director of ill-fated boo.com has been appointed CTO at internet phone company Callserve. Peter Evans was brought in to head up the IT division during the last few days of boo.com's life. He then jumped ship to sort out online grocery Ocado's IT problems before turning up at Callserve. Paul Duffy, MD at Callserve Communications, said of Evans' new role:"It is important for a CTO to be able to speak to the board and investors in financial terms, and Peter is able to do that with great skill."
