Deutsche Telekom reports massive losses

It must make BT feel better about itself...

NEWS Deutsche Telekom has reported first quarter losses of E1.8bn (£1.14bn) beating analysts' grave predictions for the troubled telco. The losses represent more than a five-fold increase on the same period last year when the company announced losses of E358m (£226m). Sales for the period were up 15 per cent to E12.8bn (£8.1bn).
