KPNQwest execs quit

"There is substantial risk..."

NEWS KPNQwest, the pan-European data and hosting company, may seek financial protection under Dutch law after its supervisory board resigned this morning. The board, made up of two representatives from Qwest, one from KPN and two independent directors, will disband with immediate affect. In a statement released today, KPNQwest said: "The Company continues to believe that there is substantial risk that there may be no underlying value to either its debt or equity securities."
