NEWS Bookmakers Ladbrokes has signed an online betting deal with Manchester United in an attempt to attract fans of the club from around the world. The four-year deal will see a revenue share agreement and is part of Ladbrokes' goal of tapping gamblers in the Far East - where Man United has a strong fan base - and move away from horse racing where profit margins are lower. The announcement coincides with the start of the football World Cup which is for the first time being held in Asia.
