NEWS Online travel agent ebookers has appointed a new CIO and CFO in the latest additions to its management team. CFO Nigel Addison Smith was previously group financial controller of First Choice Holidays. Incoming CIO Philip Dale was previously at 'name your own price' business Priceline.com, where he oversaw a quadrupling in the ticket processing capacity of the site. CEO Dinesh Dhamija said Dale's appointment will ensure the IT infrastructure remains robust and scalable.
