Xerox admits it bribed government officials

And another thing...

NEWS Xerox has admitted its Indian subsidiary Xerox MediaCorp paid bribes to government officials. In a delayed annual report the office equipment manufacturer restated five years of sales up to 2001 by $6.4bn - twice as much as the company admitted in April. The company said in the report: "In India, we have learnt of certain improper payments made over a period of years in connection with sales to government customers by employees of our majority-owned subsidiary in that country."
