Kent man launches one-man war against BTopenworld

NEWS Kent businessman Paul King launched a protest against BTopenworld after being provided with a service he claims is the worst he has ever encountered. After countless calls of complaint and with no change, King decided enough was enough and went directly to BT's headquarters in London. King paraded outside the building wearing a sandwich board displaying the message: "BTopenworld are, in our opinion, unreliable and slow - a crap product, crap service, crap support - screws up your business." He campaigned outside for almost an hour. King has estimated that BTopenworld has cost him at least £30,000 in lost business. He is reported as saying: "BT should be made to pay compensation accordingly and to publicly apologise for the serious breach of established protocol."
