Wagner will be the new conductor, with Stanford back behind the wheel...

NEWS Cliff Stanford, founder of internet hotel firm Redbus, has announced his plans to return to the company as CEO. Stanford has called an extraordinary general meeting for 5 August at which he proposes a vote on replacing the current chairman and two senior execs. Entrepreneur Dan Wagner has accepted Stanford's invitation to become the next chairman if the move is successful, according to a report in the Financial Times. Wagner, who would replace John Porter, reportedly said shareholders would be "crazy" not to back Stanford's coup.
