PayPal starts its stamp collection

Perhaps it should get a foreign PenPal...

NEWS PayPal is to offer users electronic access to the US postal service through a deal with Stamps.com The new service will allow customers to pay postage costs and print out stamps using their PayPal accounts. It means PayPal customers, many of whom use such sites as eBay, will be able to include postage costs in the price they pay for an item rather than making private shipping arrangements with the seller. The deal should be finalised in time for the busy Christmas season - about the same time eBay plans to complete a $1.5bn buyout of PayPal.
