'Quit drugs' website launched for London junkies

Let's hope they haven't all sold their computers to buy crack...

NEWS Brent Council in west London is launching a website encouraging local drug users to kick the habit. The site, http://www.streetpulse.co.uk , will provide links to drug support agencies and services in the borough, health and education information and case studies on how other addicts have quit drugs. The site will also contain links to national drug agencies and services. The scheme is part of a youth crime prevention programme run by Brent council. The council said it will consult with young drug users on the website's design.
