Spears despairs as UK stares at others' pairs

Go on, hit her website one more time...

NEWS Britney Spears has lost her place as the most regularly ogled women on the web. UK surfers using internet search engine Ask Jeeves are starting to request fewer images of Britney - preferring to spend their time admiring Latin lovelies Jennifer Lopez and Shakira. In the last six months only 44,542 image requests have been for pictures of Britney, while Jennifer Lopez has amassed a total of 70,371. The reasons for the shift are unclear - though Ms Lopez's willingness to dispense with even more clothes than the occasionally skimpily attired Spears may be a factor. Other movers and (booty) shakers on the list include ever-present Aussie popstress Kylie Minogue who saw her stock fall considerably as she dropped from third to thirteenth. Female tennis players also featured strongly, with Anna Kournikova, Jelena Dokic, Kim Clijsters and Serena Williams all in the top 10, suggesting Wimbledon fever also played a part in people's surfing habits. Top 10 picture searches on Ask.co.uk since February 2002

2. Alicia Keys - 61,961
