Web blunder sends family to Florida for £90

And the Dryers from Liverpool probably even made that money back on towels, gowns and toiletries taken from the hotel*...

NEWS A family of six landed the bargain of a lifetime after an online booking site sold them a holiday in Florida for just £90 - £15 per person. The Dryer family from Liverpool booked their holiday with First Choice - expecting to pay £3,000 for the trip - but remained tight-lipped on the error when the total cost came up as £90. According to Ananova, First Choice blamed the bargain trip on a member of its website staff who entered the wrong price. The company is reportedly "happy" to honour the mistake - which is just as well as the Dryers have already returned from their jolly to Disney World. Mrs Dryer, a 34-year-old hairdresser, is quoted in the Daily Mail saying: "We were praying for months that they would not realise they made a mistake." And the Dryers aren't content to leave it there either. Mrs Dryer told the paper: "I've been back on their website time and time again since, but have not found anything like this again." *Disclaimer: In no way is silicon.com suggesting that the Dryer family are thieves or that people from Liverpool are naturally light-fingered - but come on... we've all 'borrowed' some towels from a hotel or two in our time haven't we? They include it in the price... right?
