Thus sinks £13.6m deal

From standpipe to fat pipe...

NEWS

Telco Thus has signed a £13.6m, five-year contract extension with water agency United Utilities Water (UUW).

The extended contract will see more than 6,000 BlackBerrys, mobiles and other telephone units connected across 50 of UUW's sites.

UUW will use Thus' next generation network to provide network coverage and connection to key operation sites - so employees can stay connected to the office while travelling or at a customer's site.
