Photos: Bowled over by high-tech cricket at Lords

LED scoreboards and Hawk-Eye heaven...

This is the main pavilion at Lords cricket ground in north London - sometimes referred to as the 'home of cricket'.

Despite the venerable history of the game, Lords is actually supported by a range of modern technology, including the huge LED screen to the left of the old pavilion.

Tim Ferguson went along to the ground to find out how tech plays a vital role in its running.

    Maybe so but the scorecard shows Daniel Flynn and Daniel Vettori who are both Kiwis and wouldn't be playing in the Ashes

    If Flynn and Vettori were ringers in the Aussie side that won the 2005 Lord's Test, their absence may explain why England won enough of the remaining Tests to win the series ...
