NEWS Security experts at the US Department of Defence (DoD) are warning that hackers have become more dangerous by coordinating their attacks from multiple locations around the world. The hackers send attacks in segments among normal data communications from multiple locations. Because the attacks are sent in pieces, corporate firewalls cannot detect them, leaving networks vulnerable. According to US news reports, no damage has yet been done, but concern is growing as it's not clear how many hackers are adopting the new methods.
