NEWS A computer hacker has been sent back to prison for five months for violating his probation, according to US reports. Justin Peterson, known as 'Agent Steal', was released from prison last year after serving over three years for credit card fraud and his involvement in stealing data from a credit information company. Peterson was warned by US District Court Judge Stephen Wilson, that if he commits another crime along similar lines he could face up to 10 years in prison. Peterson claims he helped police convict the notorious hacker, Kevin Mitnick.
