TrustWorks offers security applications as open source

NEWS Network security specialist, TrustWorks, is offering components of its Trusted Security Suite as open source code with the aim of creating a global standard. The US-based company hopes the move will help to develop a Global Private Network (GPN) security standard. TrustWork's GPN technology is designed to secure data across worldwide networks. The company is offering three source code modules - Ipsec, IKE and Crypto-API - for download from http://www.trustworks.com , along with associated software developer kits. The company is also launching a UK operation, based temporarily in Richmond until a permanent headquarters can be found.
