NEWS Consumer watchdog Which? has issued a warning to thousands of its customers telling them to cancel their credit cards after a security blunder exposed their details online.
The problem affects customers who bought TaxCalc, a self-assessment tax calculation program, from the Which? website. Credit card numbers and other personal details were left accessible on the site.
The Consumers' Association immediately shut down the site and has begun warning the 2,700 affected people to cancel their credit cards. If you have been affected by the security gaffe, email editorial@silicon.com.
