Rooney not a happy bunny...

NEWS Fran Rooney, the founder and one-time CEO of Baltimore Technologies, is suing his former employers for disparaging comments made about him by his successor. Rooney and Baltimore had agreed that neither side would publicly criticise the other following his acrimonious departure, but Rooney now claims statements made by new CEO Bijan Kherzri breached the terms of that agreement. Among the controversial comments is Kherzri's description of Rooney's salary as "outrageous". He was paid £450,000 a year until his departure. Kherzi said no one in the company - himself included - should be on more than £150,000. Baltimore has said it will defend itself against the allegations.
