Former Pentagon CIO beefs up EDS security

NEWS The outsourcing giant EDS has recruited a former US army officer to head its security services division. Robert Nabors will be responsible for co-ordinating and developing the company's smartcard strategy, biometrics and secure networks. Nabors has an impressive CV: he was formerly CIO at the Pentagon and deputy commander of the White House Communications Agency. He has also served as a commanding general and headed contracting activity for the army's Communications Electronics Command.
