NEWS Computer thieves have attacked saucy lingerie firm Ann Summers, stealing thousands of pounds worth of hardware. The firm confirmed a gang of thieves broke into their premises on Tuesday night and stole computer equipment. The firm assured no customer data has been jeopardised. A spokeswoman for Ann Summers told silicon.com: "We had some hardware stolen on Tuesday night, which we quickly reported to the police. We are working closely with the police to help them catch the culprits." DC Fentiman from Surrey Police said they are investigating whether there is a link with earlier server crimes taking place around the UK where a gang of criminals was targeting companies' Sun servers.
