NEWS Polish officials have begun a manhunt after a hacker penetrated US space agency Nasa causing $1m worth of damage. US reports suggest the US has followed a cybertrail back to a PC used by a high-school graduate in Poznan - a region famed for its hackers. During the Second World War, computer experts there helped break the infamous Nazi Enigma code. The investigation began a month ago after a tip-off from the US embassy. The FBI is currently assessing how much data has been stolen from the space agency.
