NEWS Teenage Belgian hacker Gigabyte has answered comments made by Sophos anti-virus expert Graham Cluley, who yesterday hit back at a .exe piece of malware she wrote which ends up depicting him being hit by coconuts at a fairground. Cluley has said Gigabyte, who has advanced skills in Microsoft's C# language and is believed to be a computer studies student, is upset with him because she has mistakenly taken some of his comments as sexist. Gigabyte told silicon.com in an email that she had been misquoted in past articles and said: "Actually, yes, his sexistic [sic] comments *are* a reason why I don't like Clueless [sic] but that's not everything. "Except for that, he also continues talking shit about virus writers in general, saying we're pizza-addicted, sex-starved, ugly teens who never get outside. It's always the same yet, I think, fairly unrealistic." She goes on to say that Cluley has had "several arguments on alt.comp.virus with VXers, about VXers" and that "if anyone has an obsession here it's him". However, Cluley was in defiant mood when he heard Gigabyte's reaction. "I've never talked about them being pizza-addicted," he said. "Of the virus writers I've encountered they've certainly given the impression they have some growing up to do." He added: "If I'm guilty of being obsessed about anything it's making the net a safer place. We feel we're contributing something. What's she doing?" Gigabyte finished off her response by wondering why there is such a hacker stereotype. She blamed the media, putting it down to "some hacker movie probably".

Gigabyte has been arrested and stands to get 3 years jail and up to 100,000 euros fine for her fun and games with virus writing. Serves the bitch right, I say. I hope they get more of the sad bastards who have nothing better to do than screw up our computers for no good reason.

I think she is very talented person, she's guru. And nobody guilty if one moron crash down computer of another moron by her viruses. Virus writing is not a criminal, spreading and intentional screw up of your computer is unlawfull. Does she screwed up your computer or another ? If no, and if you are a gentleman, how can you tell so ?

angered by stereotypes? puh-lease. By her crying "The boys get all the credit", she can now reconsider her actions in prison where I'm sure the girls get attention.

Notice how morons who, are unable to even spell correctly, admire other morons such as Gigabyte. The ability to write malicious code is not an indicator of true intelligence. It is a "trade" that obviously any illiterate can learn and build upon.
I personally would like to start a society for the public humiliation and caning (remember caning?) of hackers and virus writers. And if that doesn't work the first time, perhaps public stoning. I'd bring the kids to a pay event of that type. See that, Jr? Write bad code and be a thieving hacker or pig virus writer and that's what you'll get. Not me, daddy, I'll never be a dirty hacker or virus writer, nosiree!
Oh wait! I've got it! Sterilization! Yes, we prevent hackers and virus writers from having more of their stupid kind. And to top it off we place a chip in their heads that sends a shrieking, excrutiating pain-shock into their brains if they come any closer than 4 feet from a computer terminal. Wooohoo!
